In this paper, the author’s field surveys, and learns from others’ researchdata to select rural community dispute resolution mechanism as the researchobject, on the basis of the status analysis of rural social disputes, clarify theoperation at this stage of rural grass-roots social dispute settlement situation,and the problems encountered in the process of actually resolves a dispute, aswell as a reflection of the reasons behind the problem, so the recommendationscan be really useful.The view of this article is in favor of the rural social contradictions to beresolved at the grassroots level. Because no matter how the dispute be solved, itmust be implemented in the place where it happened, so might as well from thebeginning will be contradictions in the source of the contradiction-thegrassroots level to solve. Grass-roots organizations that can solve social disputesin rural areas have what? What role have they played? Their participation to theinitiative process resolves a dispute? Why have the majority of the villagers inthe event of a dispute chosen silence? There are a lot of questions like these inthe article will get them one by one described and analyzed. The villagecommittee, township government and the judicial are the focuses on the object,because they are an indispensable pillar of strength in the rural governance.The full paper is divided into five parts except introduction and conclusion.The first part is the research program. This part is the guiding ideology for theresearch study, research methods and questionnaire design. With this part of thethinking, this paper could be able to have a scientific and rational layout, inorder to more effectively access the raw data of the thesis writing. The secondpart is the analysis of the type of rural social disputes in Hejin. The third partdescribes the relationship between the subject and its operation of the resolutionof rural social disputes in Hejin. The fourth part is found that the problems onthe basis of the analysis above. The fifth part gives the suggestions from the twolevels of institution and human.
