Research On The Public Policy To Promote Employment Disabled Persons

Protection of labor rights of persons with disabilities, to protect and promote the employment of persons with disabilities, is the United Nations Convention on the rights of persons with disabilities"" obligations", is also the law of the Peoples Republic of China" the basic requirements, but also our socialist system superiority and the important symbol of social civilization. In2011the t Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region disabled based information statistical data shows, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region disabled employment status, compared with normal subjects, there is a big gap, and a further marginalization trend. How to play and mining promoting the employment of public policy function is of great significance. Based on the Inner Mongolia disabled employment condition, employment structure, development trend are described and based on the analysis, from the perspective of public policy analysis of the reasons causing these problems, and then discusses the public policies to promote employment of persons with disabilities to play the role of effective ways.
