According to the monitoring reports of migrant workers survey data of2011,which is published by National Bureau,the number of migrant workers has reached250million, they have become an important part of the Chinese working class.Because the lower educational level of migrant workers, most of the migrant workers can only engage in high-risk and heavy work, the majority concentrated in the construction and service industries, the higher the probability of an accident occurs. In addition, the lack of occupational disease prevention and awareness of basic life and safety knowledge, the migrant workers has become to a occupational high-risk groups. However, migrant workers’Injury insurance rights can not be safeguarded.The migrant workers is the object of this study.This research studied the current situation of Injury insurance supply for the migrant workers through useing questionnaires methods.And on this basis, this paper wanting to disguss how social work intervene the protection of migrant workers’Injury insurance rights.That includes three aspects:the necessity of the intervention,the feasibility of intervention,the contents of the service, then proposing the relevant recommendations.In this study,the main points are as follows:Fristly, Injury insurance coverage is low,and many migrant workers’injury can not be compensated.Although state and local governments issued a related injury insurance regulations, but due to the lack of strong and effective supervision and management, injury insurance coverage is still low.Meanwhile, the current injury insurance policy is difficult to adapt to migrant workers.Because the work is usually short-term employment and seasonal. There can not be a relatively stable labor relations, in many cases, migrant workers and employers are not signed more than a year fixed term labor contracts.Since there are not written agreement,the injured migrant workers compensation is difficult to truly realized. The Employers’ enthusiasm for offer the industrial injury insurance to migrant workers is not high, few employers will take the initiative to industrial injury insurance for migrant workers.Secondly, The supply of the workers’ injury insurance is affected by different factors.On the industry point of view, the high-risk and heavy manual labor industry,which like the construction industry and manufacturing, have number of migrant workers, the number of insured is greater; In terms of technology,employers are more positive to offer the injury insurance to the migrant workers who have technical;In terms of the understanding to the policy,the worker who has a higher awareness, the probability of being offered injury insurance is greater; In terms of claims, the stronger of the awareness of migrant workers claim, the more positive of the attitude of the employer to apply for a work injury insurance, and the probability of migrant workers to get injury insurance is higher,in addition, is easier to enjoy the work injury insurance benefits.The acquisition of the migrant workers’injury is affected by the factors of industry,technical, policy awareness and the right to advocate awareness. The employer’s attitude to injury insurance for migrant workers is affected by the factors of migrant workers’technical, employers more likely to offer industrial injury insurance for migrant workers with technical expertise.
