Since the advent of the Internet, it has been the most popular media forthe public that is characterized by a flood of information, open sharing,real-time interaction, rapid dissemination. At the same time, along with theawareness of the democratic participation and prosperity of the networksociety, it has been a channel of the interest demands. In this context thecollective network actions of the Internet users, has created a series ofnetwork group events. With steadily improved of information technology andcomputer usage, it can be predicted that the network virtual space and the realworld will integrate.On the basis of drawing on existing research results at home and abroad,first of all, this article expounds the theory of network group event, and as atheoretical basis for research. Second, the analysis of the manifestation,public administration status quo, development trend and social effects of thenetwork group event, bases on the facts of the study. Subsequently, on thebasis of the above analysis, in-depth analysis of the predisposing factors andmechanisms of the network group events, and draw network group event isthe result of the interaction of predisposing factors and internal mechanisms, especially interest mechanism, the network propagation mechanisms andpsychological identity mechanism play irreplaceable roles in this process.Finally, the proposed effective strategies to deal with the network groupevents, all levels of government should absorb the extent of the expansion ofthe political system, strengthen the guidance of public opinion, ease theInternet users psychological to further improve the capacity to respond.This article will make comprehensive use of literature analysis, caseanalysis and cross-disciplinary research, defining the concept of the networkgroup events as the theoretical basis points, analyzing the trend of networkgroup events as a realistic basis. From political science, communicationstudies, and psychology perspective, I will be further in-depth analysis of thefactors and internal mechanisms induced network group events and propose atargeted strategy.
