The Grass-roots democratic autonomous system of China is a perfect combination of people’s autonomous thought and Marx’s theory about the system, villagers’ autonomous system is one of the most important parts of the Grass-roots democratic autonomous system of China. Its existence has changed the countryside a lot. It is in keeping with the rural reality and makes an important role in improving the rural social progress. And the system has been perfecting from the beginning.This essay has found some solutions to solve the problems during the implementing of the system by doing research on it again and again. The problems include: bribery during the election violence in the autonomy of villagers villagers’ democratic participation consciousness is not strong the inharmonic in the village "two appoint" management it’s hard to hold a meeting to the villagers or the representatives it’s hard to do the work because of economic reason Township intervene a lot on the autonomy of villagers etc. I have analyzed the reasons for the formation of these problems concretely, thus obtained the following solutions: behaving the voters and the candidates from inside and outside, cut off the chain of bribery logically distribution, preventing and administering collectively, eradicating violence improving the quality of the villagers in all directions and multiple perspectives strengthening villagers consciousness of democratic participation coordinating the relations of the "two appoints", and some other solutions for other problems.This essay mainly adopts interview method, has found the problems in the system and given some solutions by comparing the existing data with what I’ve got in the interview. Moreover, this essay has also used literature method and inductive method.The main innovations include the concept of villagers autonomy system to give a more comprehensive definition. Give a more precise overview of the origin of the development of the system. Raised new problems at this stage,given the current problems in a more comprehensive overview. Finally, to address these issues and put forward feasible solutions.The inadequacies in the article include: Firstly, the information is limited,several date timeliness is not strong.Secondly there are a few points is formed the draw scholars view, slightly jerky, not theoretical.
