Study On Obstacle Factors And Strategic Suggestions In The Process Of China Government Developing Gov2.0

Gov2.0is the use of a new generation of ICT represented by Web2.0mobiletechnology.It aims to change the government and the public one-way informationexchange, and to build an open, transparent, interactive and efficient one-stop platformfor interaction of the government and the public. The Gov2.0platform is guided by thegovernment, to the public as the center, the public can enjoy customized personalizedgovernment service and take part in government on the platform at anytime, is thedevelopment trend of e-government, and represents a higher stage of the capacity ofgovernment services.In the Gov2.0era, the government has the characteristics of open, interactive,platform, personalized. The government is open, transparent, interactive, efficient, andcan meet the increasing demand for personalized service and public participation ingovernment decision-making needs.The first part of this article is a introduction, which includes the reason of the topicand significance of the subject, research and practice of the status quo, research ideasand methods. We discusses the advanced experience of the United States, Singapore,Australia developing Gov2.0on analyze Gov2.0the study and practice of the statusquo.The second part discusses the background of Gov2.0.We defined the connotationand extension of Gov2.0, then analysis Gov2.0’s essence and characteristics, and finallycompared the Gov2.0and Gov1.0similarities and differences. In the third part, the basic condition of developing Gov2.0is studied. In thissection, we study the advanced experience of the United States, Singapore, Australia ondeveloping Gov2.0, and analyzes the basic condition of developing Gov2.0from thetheoretical, technical, and practical aspects.The fourth part is about the obstacle factors of the Chinese government to developGov2.0. The thesis focuses on the perspective of practice to research China governmentdeveloping Gov2.0. The theoretical basis and technical basis are not the point.
