As a new type of labor force, Peasant workers are stronger and stronger in the process of reform and opening up. They are the main part of the modern industrial workers and the important strength of modernization, and make a great contribution to our country economic prosperity and social development. But for a long time, in the tide of urbanization and industrialization, they are faced with many problems in that urban-rural dual structure. Therefore, a series of service measures of the peasant workers also arises at the historic moment that calling for achievements of reform and opening up to benefit every citizen.As a respondent of social problems and the communicator of social welfare, social work has given active support to peasant workers service in practice and theory aspects. In the process, also highlights the professional advantage of social work. But at present the social work is still in its beginning stage, and the group of peasant workers has its particularity, thus the research related to peasant workers service system construction of social work theory and practice is still in the exploratory stage, and lack of systematic, therefore it need to be further deepened. In this case, according to the author’s practice experience in an industrial park in shen zhen, the paper introduce the SWOT analysis method on the basis of related information and data collected by the literature review, participant observation and questionnaire, to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of social work service of peasant workers, and then put forward the corresponding improvement strategies from three aspects of the government, the social work agencies and enterprise, so as to social work can provide certain theoretical and practical reference to peasant worker service.
