Research On Development Of Party Members From Students In Higher Vocational Colleges

With the mushrooming development of China’s higher vocational education, greater attention has been paid from central party and administrative authorities to the development of student party members in HVE colleges. It is both a significant requirement for party construction in HVE colleges and also an urgent demand for the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development to reinforce the contemporary development of student party members in HVE colleges. To improve the task will play a driving role in the development of China’s higher vocational education and socialist modernization, and moreover, in the maintenance of national, social and on-campus stability.The paper consists of five parts. Part One is Introduction, which expounds the situation, significance, methodology and main content of the research. Part Two points out and analyzes major problems with the development of student party members in HVE colleges, which mainly covers individual and organizational ones. Part Five concludes methods innovation in the development of student party members in HVE colleges------moral education, social practice, overall assessment, example effect and model innovation in study and discussion.The findings of the research may be considered as one of the guides to HVE colleges in students’mental education to bear their ideals, confirm their beliefs,regulate the procedures in the development of student party members,broaden the development, improve the development strengthen the education and management of student party members, explore an efficient pattern in the development and management of student party members in HVE colleges,and finally establish a strongly characterized system in the development of student party members matching the features of HVE colleges.
