On The Vulnerable Groups’ Social Assistance In Urban China

With the rapid development of social and economy，the number of vulnerablegroups in the city is growing，and social assistance of vulnerable groups in the citysystem is not perfect. Therefore，related departments should take active measures toundertake the social relief of vulnerable groups，to promote socialist modernization ofChinese characteristics，construction and economic development is great significanceThe article mainly defines the conception of urban vulnerable groups, use the lateststatistical data to do the in-depth analysis of the present situation and existing problemsof the urban vulnerable groups. In addition，this article study the relevant successfulexperience，carry out specific measures of vulnerable groups’ social relief in China.This article is divided into five chapters：Chapter1：Mainly to explain the background and significance of this study，domestic and foreign literature study，the research method and path，as well as innovationof this paper and inadequate. Chapter2：This article cities vulnerable groups and socialassistance concept is defined，and the delineation of the urban poverty line as well as thetheoretical basis of the disadvantaged groups social assistance. Chapter3: Mainlythrough statistical analysis of the latest data on the existing problems in the currentsituation of the vulnerable groups in the City and rescue process analysis. Chapter4:Explains the relevant experience of the United States and Sweden in the process ofvulnerable groups，social assistance，and then describes the revelation to us of theoutcome of their successful rescue. Chapter5: Effective policy recommendations toimprove the social assistance system of China’s urban vulnerable groups.This article’s innovation: This paper use the latest statistics to analyze the urbanvulnerable group in recent years，and analyze the fire case in the local orphanage inLankao，finding out the crux of the social relief development of urban vulnerable groupsin recent years，I think that government，community and non-profit organizations is mainrescue mode.
