Study On Urban Community Endowment Demand And Service Supply

At present, China has entered aging society. With the increasing pension demand, thecontradiction between supply and demand of pension exposes. Moreover, the traditionalfamily security and institution endowment have been not able to meet old age securitydemand of urban elderly people. Urban community endowment has become the inevitablechoice to solve the urban old age security demand problem at this stage. The level of agingpopulation and low birth rate in Jinan is higher than the national average level. And Jinancommunity endowment service started lately, and there is a serious imbalance between oldage security demand and supply. Therefore, How to solve the contradiction between supplyand demand of community endowment, understand the community endowment presentsituation, characteristics and influence factors of supply and demand，respect the elderlypeople’s intend, meanwhile provide the high quality service to meet the old age securitydemand has a profound and practical significance. From the existing study, currentresearch on community endowment is purely from old-age pension demand or supply, butlack of research on the combination of both. Therefore, this essay takes Jinan city as theresearch case and takes239elderly people among Jinan’s communities as the sample tocarry out the questionnaire. By the interaction analysis tools and binary logistic regression,the paper analysis the demand of economic security, health care, life care and spiritualcomfort, including four types and23terms community endowment，in order to discoverthe influence factors of endowment demand differences in community endowment forurban elderly people. Combining with the current situation of Jinan communityendowment supply, this essay analysis community endowment achievements and problems,and comes up with some corresponding countermeasures. The innovation of this essay isstarting from the demand diversity of the elderly people. This paper is based on the strictanalysis of data, pointing out the contradiction between supply and demand of Jinancommunity endowment and putting forward some countermeasures based on the currentdevelopment of community endowment service, and provides suggests for thedevelopment of community endowment service.
