Preliminary Research On Our Country New Period Social Contradictions And Solution

The current period of our country is the one of social transformation and system transition, its contradictions are obvious. It is significant to resolve social contradictions and to promote social progress and social stability. Contradictions reflected in many aspects of our society, involving politic, economy, culture, etc. the main problems are:In politic, local and departmental staff abusing their power, breeding ground for corruption, seriously damaging the Party and the government image; In economy, are uneven distribution, big gap between the rich and the poor; In culture, mainly are the impact of the western ideology and culture as well as the negative influence of traditional culture, leading to lost beliefs and decadent ideas, growing individualism, money worship, and arousing the distortion of the outlook on life and moral values, etc. its reasons are various. Academia and the related departments to resolve social contradiction make many useful discussions, put forward some constructive Suggestions. In reference on predecessors’ researches, the author think efforts should be made from the following aspects:first, To establish and improve the social stability risk assessment and public opinion survey mechanism; second, to establish and improve government governance mechanism to resolve the contradictions; third,to perfect the interests distribution and coordination mechanism; fourth, to establish contradiction mediation mechanism; Fifth,to set up the ideological and political education guide mechanism; sixth to innovate social management mechanism, which resolves social contradictions under the law. To resolve social contradictions needs economic reform and development, promoting the reform of political system, all the social aspects cooperating and supporting mutually, resolving the social contradictions together.
