This study aimed at exploring the college-graduate village officials’ condition ofperceived organizational support, work adaptation and job performance, analysising therelationships among perceived organizational support, work adaptation and jobperformance. Firstly,512five different professional college graduates and240college-graduate village officials were surveyed with the Work Adaptation Scale, made comparisons among college-graduate village officials and five different professional coll egegraduates, learned the level of college-graduate village officials’ work adaptation. Then,knowed the current situation of college-graduate village officials’ perceived organizationalsupport, work adaptation and job performance of college-graduate village officials. Finally,explored the relationships among perceived organizational support, work adaptation andjob performance.The results showed:(1)College-graduate village officials’ level of work adaptati onwas in the middle; College-graduate village officials’ score on relationship betweencolleagues, maladaptation and achievability were higher than production personnels,service personnels and soldiers; College-graduate village officials’ score on workenvironment and feeling of match were lower than clerks and soldiers.(2) The perceivedorganizational support and task performance of college-graduate village officials is lowerthan enterprise staffs; surrounding performance is higher than enterprise staffs; men andwomen had significant difference on work adaptation, had no significant difference onperceived organizational support and job performance; college-graduate village officialswho were secondment or not and had different motivation had significant difference onperceived organizational support, work adaptation and job performance.(3) There weresignificant relationship among perceived organizational support, work adaptation and jobperformance; work adaptation and the perceived organizational support played a significant role to predict job performance; The work adaptation played the full mediatingrole between perceived organizational support and job performance.
