The overseas student education in Xinjiang is growing stronger under with the openpolicy and under the back of our country. As the neighbor of Central Asia, Xinjiang is theirfirst chose to study abroad and meanwhile the most of overseas students in Xinjiang arefrom Central Asia. So if our country wants to spread Chinese culture to them for promotingexchanges and cooperation, make the good work for education of overseas student is thedirect and good way. Supposing the art education would play a positive role aim at thework of education in Central Asia students whether is an effective way to promote culturalcommunication between Xingjian and Central Asia.Under the above consideration, the paper in line with the special geography locationof Xinjiang, tie the feature and factor of national consanguinity, the same of religiousculture and convenience of language exchange between local culture and Central Asia,which try to take advantage of the art culture to help Central Asia students to learn Chineseculture well. The paper adopts the method of analytical literature, contrast with otherrelevant literature, in order to highlight its innovation, and offer theoretical guidance forwriting as well. At the moment, the writer uses the methods of interview and investigationto study the real situation and problem of overseas students’ art education, and present thedistinctive standpoint at the same time.The full paper divides into five chapters. The first chapter illustrates the mean issuesof the discussion about this paper, the research roundup of domestic and foreign counties,research purpose, significance, methods, innovations and shortcomings. The secondchapter points out that the developed satiation of Central Asia students in Xinjiang underthe background of multicultural globalization and exchange communication. The thirdchapter points out that the meaning of develop the art education with the Central Asiaculture and the satiation of the cooperation and communication between Xinjiang andCentral Asia, while expound the reality of art education to Central Asia students abroad.The fourth chapter is giving out author’s viewpoint that the introspection of promote the arteducation to Central Asia students abroad under the reference, analysis and comparisonthrough the observation about the satiation of art education for them. The last chapter putsforward some suggestions about promote Central Asia students abroad in order to improvecultural exchange between Xinjiang and Central Asia, and attempt to bring into play the positive effect of art education.Promoting the art education to Central Asia student abroad could not only futurespread Chinese culture to Central Asia, enhance the trust and good-neighborliness andfriendliness between Xinjiang and Central Asia, and promote the steady of border area, themost important is promoting economic cooperation and development, and consolidate thestate of peace steady in the international. Such the paper support that the mean methodshould focus on through the art education to make the overseas students know Chinesecultural. And the paper also supports that if we can make use of Xinjiang local art culturalto help them learn Chinese cultural and meanwhile promote the communication andcooperation between China and Central Asia.
