Research On The Training Model Of Young Marxist In The New Age

Youth are the future of the country and the hope of the nation. Whether youth can develop healthily decides the long-term stability of the nation and the healthy development of the society. Modern youth is the growing up generation accompanied by social development, reform and opening up. They have broad social and cultural horizons, broad knowledge, and bold innovation. Needless to say, they will be the future backbone of China. Facing the economic globalization and the value of a wide range of background, training firm ideals and beliefs of young Marxists is not only a job to train excellent youth, but also a mission to develop reliable successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics of the mission.The author conducted a one-year-training in the Capital College Students New Century Yingcai School, deeply understanding that the party and the state pay a lot of attention to the training of young Marxists. As a young Marxist culture carrier, the Capital College Students New Century Yingcai School adheres to the "to train qualified and reliable successors for socialist modernization of China and to culture young elite adapted to the times" concept, making very careful arrangement about the design of teaching and social practice. As a member of student, I gained knowledge. In the meanwhile, I has been carefully investigated its organizational structure, training model. I believe that the training political elite youth for a ruling party possesses the long-term, arduous and epochal characteristics. How to train young Marxist advanced with the time must be examined.There are many current academic researches on the training of young Marxists which are basically from the perspective of political science. The Chinese Communist Party is the ruling party, so it is easy to fully equated cultivating successors to cultivating the talents. Political elite must be talented, but talent is not necessarily the political elite. Because of the Multi-polar world, the unity value does not exist. Now that China has chosen Marxist, the Communist Party of China and the road of socialism, Communist Party organizations at all levels must attach importance to the problem of how to cultivate young pious Marxist. The Capital College Students New Century Yingcai School is based on this concept, training outstanding students with strong political overtones.In this paper, the author is based on experience-observation, starting from organizational behavior theory such as the motivation theory, organizational life cycle theory etc., combining some research results of political science and sociology, in-depth studying the training mode, training philosophy, culture characteristics and the achieved results of the Capital College Students New Century Yingcai School. Qualitative research method, the integrated questionnaire method, interviews, empirical analysis, comparative analysis and quantitative analysis method are used to comb the organizational structure and localization of the Capital College Students New Century Yingcai School.Through the empirical research on the Capital College Students New Century Yingcai School, I want to sum up experience to develop the political elite class of professionals, hoping to make contributions to the country’s political power construction.
