Students with strong autonomous learning ability, ability to problemidentification, analysis and, ultimately, solve problems, this is the main direction andpurpose of school education and teacher education. Teachers in the teaching processof constantly developing students ’ initiative in hand and brain and creativity, is thestrong guidance of new curriculum reform needs."Wonderful host" made and formed the autonomous learning model, is based onthe author as the main first-line teaching workers currently teaching in junior middleschool in a two-year process design and practice on the basis of the formation."Wonderful host" the thrust of the changes of teachers and students in classroomteaching status of subject and object, all of the students as active manipulators of theclassroom, inspired by the host of the chairmanship of the students, achieving highdegree of integration and cohesion in areas where teaching and learning, to formstudents capable of autonomous learning, independence solves problem of atmosphereand effects.Through the last two years continuous practice of teaching model reform and say,this article attempts to "wonderful at the" full realization process of autonomouslearning model to analyze and study the feasibility of teaching practice and relative toother traditional teaching model of advantage:"Wonderful host" autonomous learning model in process, the authors in aresearcher’s perspective and analysis of teaching theory and practice of various issues,to reflect on their own behavior, to study the problems that occur, and the experiencegained will be concluded, to form the law awareness for teachers to learn from.
