Professional football is a game system constitutes, in which the youngfootball, third class, second class, first class, and finally the most playgrounds ofVietnam Football. The money power and talent resources are prerequisites for theirprofessionalism. For athletes, they are regarded as professional football, so that themarket factors emerged, players can enrich themselves and that means bring profit forthe club. To evaluate a professional club then the training of young players that theclub is that measure for my career. In recent years, Vietnam Football Federationextremely attends to this work. System youth tournaments are held here every yearand the selection of talented young athletes from local clubs and is focused on thetraining center athletes. Here I have been the favorable conditions to develop theirtalents and the largest reserves for club and country.Training young soccer players is fundamental in any football background,Training of young players the adjacent layer is extremely important, it is well known.But to start to work is not an easy thing. To do young football is dependent on manyfactors: interest from investment of the authorized level, the level of manager, systemmaterial foundations, research and application of scientific achievements andtechnologies in training and education process… in fact it has not been sufficientattention.In this paper, a systematic and comprehensive research and analysis, foundthat adequate personnel training of the Vietnamese Youth Football:1-the interest infootball in general movement in which young football leaders of the local and theschool has not been properly concerned.2-Major forms of encouraging economicsectors to invest in football, in which the state should socialize the sport of football inmany ways, creating the best conditions for companies, corporations on the economic work together to make football.3-Coach Qualification is low, not to facilitate regularexchange of learning, mainly trained by experience, not only applied to scientific andtechnical training.4-Lack of equipment and training for work in training youngplayers.5-Institutional Football inadequate child not close in the charter, and runperformance, the competition is very low in.
