To find out the advantages，disadvantages and the distance between strong and weak teams in the skillapplication, I have made an investigation on group B teams in the eleventh man’s volleyball by the ways ofstatistics, comparison and analysis, Furthermore, which can not only improve the skill level of the Juniorvolleyball but also promote the universalization and development of regional volleyball game.What’s more，the research can provide dependence referenced in improving the ways of playingskills.I try my utmost to research and analyse tremendous records of group B teams in the eleventh man’svolleyball match through many different kinds of ways such as statistical research,anlysis and so on andmake some conclusions as follow.First and formost， the majority of teams participating in competition this time score pointspredominantly by smashing, mistakes of opponents and sending ball effectively。However,it’s essential forthem to improve the fundamental skills in the following time.Also， many a player sends barely effective ball with higher rate of mistaking,and lower standard ofstabilization in the match which can not make a serious impact on opponoents, because of slow speed andfeeble strength..Another factor，in xin xiang team the well-delivered set has a good knowledge of the spikers smashinghabits so that they can coordinate to score points directly，easily and smoothly。but Kai Feng team rankingthird is better than Luo Yang team ranking second and Zheng Zhou team ranking fourth in the coolerationbetween kicking and spriking. which proves that Kei Feng team can master the coordinatetion betweensetting and spriking,as to other teams, they should improve the ability to grasp this essential skill.Furthermore，xinxiang team is number one in the blocking process, on the contrary Xu Chang team isthe worst one. Luo He team ranking fifth is superior to kaifeng team ranking fourth because of lots ofintensive spriking balls. predominantly spriking many quick attacks of player in the second position andhandling with some adjusted balls of the player in the third position At last but not least. The majority of junior volley ball teams don’t manage to make the quick attackwhen they receive the opponent balls, what’s the worse，which is less than quick attack used in theblocking.Some teams ranking ahead of the others always adopt quick attack to score points，also including finitefast track approachesAs for some problems existing in the eleventh man’s volleyball match of group B.I have some humbleopinions as follow.1.changing the type of serving and increasing driving force and accuracy.2.improving the receiving place and strengthing the consolidation of flat net transfer of general ball.3.putting emphasis on parctising flating fastballs and adjusting the ball and consummating spirkingskills.4.enhancing personal blocking skill and collective cooperation,and heightening the psychologicaltraining.whatever we do aims at popularizing the adolescent volleyball.
