Objective: Hip Joint is one of big joint of human body.It is very important for humansocial life、productive labor and Physical Exercise. This paper intends to do a researchon healthy college students of physical education department of shandong normaluniversity at different angular velocities and different specialty using CON-TREXhuman body muscle strength isokinetic testing system with isokinetic ballistic gravitycorrection mode. These data of the healthy young collegiers could provide some lawof the characteristics of the bilateral hip joints muscle to the spots training,at the sametime, provide experiment support for guiding all the countrymen body buildingmovement and advancing HUMAN HEALTH harmonious development.method:All the experiments were tested using CON-TREX human body musclestrength isokinetic testing system with isokinetic ballistic gravity correctionmode.(1)The indices of flexor-extensor strength during repeat hip joint isokineticconcentric training at different angular velocities were measured and assessedrespectively using CON-TREX human body muscle strength isokinetic testing systemwith isokinetic ballistic gravity correction mode in 22 healthy students from physicaleducation department. All of test angular velocity (30°/s、60°/s、90°/s、120°/s、150°/s、180°/s、210°/s、240°/s) set 6 repetition training and each set 6 times flexor-extensorwith isokinetic ballistic gravity correction mode.(2)the study of different specialtystudents (Physical Education,50、Art Sports,53、Ssocial Sports,49、Ethnic traditionalsports,39) hip joint isokinetic concentric training were measured and assessedrespectively using CON-TREX human body muscle strength isokinetic testing systemwith isokinetic ballistic gravity correction modewere. Test angular velocity set at slowangular velocities (30°/s) and quick angular velocity (240°/s).Each test subject dothemselves to complete 6-flexor-extensor times, interclass rest 1 minute.everyonerepeats 2 sets.Test data is automatic recorder and reserve by computer.Results:(1)Only the value of the second set test to fifth set test keep stable among allof the 6 sets replication tests (P>0.05). Regardless of the peak torques of extensor orflexor,8 angular velocities are obviously falt into 2 sets: 30-90°/s and 120-240°/s.thereis significantly (P<0.05) between the 2 sets. (2) At the slow angular velocities (30°/s)tests,The peak torques of two sides hip joint extensor are significant difference aboutmale or female Physical Education students. (P<0.01);there are significant differencebetween the 2 sides of hip joint of the extensor peak torques of Ssocial Sports femalestudents and the flexor peak torques of Art Sports male students (P<0.01).At thequick angular velocity (240°/s) tests, Physical Education students’extensor test resultslike the slow angular velocities (30°/s) tests’(P<0.05); there are significant differencebetween the 2 sides of hip joint of the flexor peak torques of Ssocial Sports femalestudents and the flexor peak torques of Art Sports male students (P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Only the value of the second set test to fifth set test keep stable amongall of the 6 sets replication tests. Regardless of the peak torques of extensor or flexor,8angular velocities are obviously falt into 2 sets: 30-90°/s and 120-240°/s.there issignificantly between the 2 sets. 2.At the slow angular velocities (30°/s) tests,The peak torques of two sides hip joint extensor are significant difference about male orfemale Physical Education students. ;there are significant difference between the 2sides of hip joint of the extensor peak torques of Ssocial Sports female students andthe flexor peak torques of Art Sports male students. The extensor peak torques of eachspecialty are greater than the The extensor peak torques peak torques. 3.At the quickangular velocity (240°/s) tests, Physical Education students’extensor test results likethe slow angular velocities (30°/s) tests’; there are significant difference between the2 sides of hip joint of the flexor peak torques of Ssocial Sports female students andthe flexor peak torques of Art Sports male students.
