With the continuous development and progress of the society, technology also be developedrapidly, and it is widely used in various fields of the society. The development of the society,making people increasingly focuses on education. So technology such as multimedia andnetwork are used in educational field as a new way. As a kind of practice, the practice ofEducational Technology can not only improve the learner’s achievement, but also promote thelife-long learning of his or her development. It is implemented for many years, greatly meet theneeds of teachers and students. And it brings a great deal of convenience and benefit on teachingand learning. But at the same time, we can’t ignore, there are still many problems in the processof the practice of Educational Technology. Our country, in order to improve the educationalenvironment and enhance the educational effect, implements the practice of EducationalTechnology in a lot of schools. For this, our country also spends lots of human, materialresources and financial resources on this practice. But the effect is too small. It means that in theprocess of the practice of Educational Technology exist many problems. And I will analyze andresearch these problems in this paper.This paper focuses on the practice of Educational Technology. Use the Marxist theory as thetheoretical guidance. And use the Practice Normal Theory of Xia Jianguo as the theoretical basis.From a new perspective and in the philosophy level, I am going to research the practice ofEducational Technology. Through reading lots of books and searching for lots of literatureinformation, combs the concepts of Practice, Technological Practice and so on. Based on this, Iwill define the practice of Educational Technology. Then discover the primary problems of thepractice of Educational Technology. By analyzing the causes of the problems, I find that there issomething not normal in the process of the practice of Educational Technology. And then I findout that the solution of these problems is regulating the process of the practice of EducationalTechnology.This paper is used a new way and a new method in researching the process of the practiceof Educational Technology. I also wish that this paper would give a new measure in some otherproblems about the practice of Educational Technology.
