Study On Sustainable Development Of High Level Tarck And Field Sports Team In Henan Province Colleges

By the methods of documentation, expert interview, questionnaire investigation and statistics, andcombine sustainable development theory, this article studied sustainable development questions in highlevel athletic teams of our province college. It introduced the sustainable development theory to thedevelopment practice of high level athletic teams, and found the main influencing factors, and built thebasic theory in sustainable development of high level athletic teams. This study will stimulate theapplication of sustainable development theory in high level athletic teams in our province college. Thispaper also provided a reference for the sustainable development of high level athletic teams.The result shows:1. The factors which effected the sustainable development of high level athletic teams were divide intothree types and13factors. Based on the weights, these were social class factors, staff class factor andtraining class factor. In social class factors, the ranks among the top were demand factors, the economicinput factors, and the degree of social acceptance. In the training class factors, the ranks among the topwere biogenic factors, competitive system. In the staff class factors, the ranks among the top were theattention degree of sports leaders, the level of motor skills and the cultural literacy.2. The most important factors in staff class factors which effected the sustainable development of highlevel athletic teams were sports leader’s attention and the athlete’s competitive ability. The leader hadsupportive attitude in the construction of high level athletic teams. The considerable college is lack. Thecollege which can accept high level athletic teams is also lack. It is unattractive, and leads to bad source ofstudents. The basis of cultural studies of the athlete in high level athletic teams is weak. The contradictionbetween study and training is large.3. The demand factor is the main factor in social class factors. The career choice of athlete is theorientation of the college. Treatment demand of the coach and the demand of the coach are influencingfactors in the social class factors.4. Economic input factor is the important factor in the social class factors. The team funding isnervous in all the high level athletic teams in Henan province. The source of the funding is relatively simple, and mainly depends on college. Lack of funds effects the sustainable development.5. In the training class influencing factors, the front is source of the students. A high level athletic teammust have high level athlete. The motor skills of the athlete directly decide the overall level of the team.According to the general situation of Henan college developing, the athletes are mainly from Henan sportschools and students in high middle schools.
