Power quality have a great significance for competitive Taekwondo athletes, and special speed-strength is the core strength of the competitive Taekwondo athletes, so, the importance of Taekwondo special speed-strength training is self-evident. So How to conduct special speed-strength training has become an issue of common concern for athletes and coaches, in order to clarify taekwondo special speed-strength training system, the study integrated use literature devcl oprnent, expert interviews, experiments, logical analysis and other research methods, and systematically explore the issues related to special speed-strength training.In order to explore the effect of the training theory in the text, and enhance the empirical research of training theory of special.speed-strength,20players of Tianjin, taekwondo team were tested as experimental objects, they are divided randomly into two groups, one group have a special speed-strength training under new concept current tly, another’group have a traditional general speed-strength training, and then compare the two groups from both horizontal and vertical angles after12weeks training according to experimental design, found that the two groups were statistically significant differences. As a result, the research reached the following conclusions:1. Taekwondo special fast strength training, should be to improve the speed of Taekwondo players kicking and footwork speed as the main content. The speed of the participants mainly in the hip flexion, lower limb outreach adduction fast, strength training for training content; And improve speed was mainly in order to improve the footwork of footwork start, braking, change to speed for training content2. Improve Taekwondo players of the main training means footwork speed how direction continuous hop, change to run practice, single, his legs jump deep practice, single, his legs "of the" word jump across the obstacles, and exercises. 3. Improve the speed of the participants Taekwondo players main practice means have balanced on one foot hip flexor approach the support of resistance exercises, and hold push-pull ball, balance on one foot pad out of resistance exercises support hip, approach the balance one foot adduction support of resistance exercises, balance on one foot pad support outreach of resistance, and exercises.4. Taekwondo special fast strength training practice process, besides the choice the reasonable training methods and means beside; should be arranged for rapid strength training load, in small load, fast load structure of special fast strength training, can get better training effect.5. In taekwondo special fast strength training, athletes should have a good base power and maximum force in the quality, and so in special fast start strength training before the foundation of the athlete strength and maximum force in quality improvement to a certain level.6. Special strength training and general quickly fast than strength training, special fast strength training is more effective in improving kickboxing players gait and the speed of the participants.
