It illustrates the existence ofthe wash-back effect of writing criteria from two aspects: both the teachers’ and students’.And then the comes the discussion of scoring attitude for the College Entrance examinationEnglish writing principles.The third chapter is the core of the study, which is accomplished through on-the-spotinvestigation and research. In order to complete the research subject successfully, this articlebased on a full investigation of classmates and teachers in Shang dong Province, gets thebasic information and through the SPSS, collects, combs, analysis before we get therelationship between the scoring criteria and the senior English writing.The fourth chapter is the discussion of the last chapter, and the optimizing of wash-backon senior English writing teaching.
