Good class environment for students to play the role of the influential character by environment, classroom seating arrangement is the important part of class environment. Rational design and arrangement of seats of the students, to improve student learning environment, strengthen teaching management, promote physical and mental health of students, optimize the overall quality of students, has very important significance. This paper intends to help middle school teacher, in the scientific arrangement of seats under the guidance of the principle, according to the teaching goal and task and the students’physical and mental development, the comprehensive use of a variety of layout, optimally play a variety of seating mode combination of teaching and students’physical and mental development of a harmonious and positive role.This study is based on interviews and literature analysis, making students classroom seating arrangement questionnaire, using compiled questionnaires about students, parents and teachers on classroom seating arrangement views, and a questionnaire analysis which puts forward how to arrange the seat in the classroom Conclusions of the study are as follows:1, the seating arrangement of physical and mental health of students and achievement promotion has important influence on students, parents and teachers, which is of great importance to student seating arrangement.2, there is no a seating arrangement can let the parent, teacher and student satisfied.3, classroom seating arrangement considers a variety of elements, elements of the basic order of achievement, men and women with complementary, complementary personalities, student achievement, student performance, height, visual acuity, choose, draw, listen to the parents suggest.4, the seating arrangement is mainly composed of teachers and students to settle, parent participation.5, students weekly regular replacement of a seat. 6, the junior high school student should change every semester disrupted the order a seat, high school students every two months out of sequence change a seat.
