National medium and long-term educational reform anddevelopment plan clearly proposes that “improve the training system,make good training plan”. To achieve a good teacher training plan,not only teaching skills, but also teaching theory should be planed andstudied. Therefore, conforming to the demands of the development ofteacher training, by using the method of questionnaire investigation,case studies and other research methods, hereby this study try toexplore the training strategy which is fit for the teacher training of theorycontent, with the theoretical content of teacher training as its studyobject and Marzano Taxonomy of Educational Objectives as its carrier.And based on this, the teacher training strategy framework of theorycontent is built to provide appropriate policy framework and practicalguidance for the teacher training of theory content.The paper is divided into five chapters:Chapter1, Preface. Introducing, analyzing and summarizing theresearch background, research object, the current research situation athome and abroad, and at last, describing the significance of the study.Chapter2, The definition of relevant concepts and the theoreticalbasis of the study. Defining the research object, elaborating therelevant concepts used in the paper. Also, dissertating the MarzanoTaxonomy of Educational Objectives.Chapter3, the case study of Zhoucun third Middle School teachertraining is a teacher training which about Marzano Taxonomy ofEducational Objectives. When planning training content, authordesigns teacher training strategies based on the characteristics of thetrainees, and analyses the training effectiveness.Chapter4, The case study of08undergraduate teacher ofEducational Technology, Shanghai Normal University, which is training for prospective teachers. With the adaption of Intel? Teach to theFuture lesson plans integrated into the training, the author designstargeted training strategies and analyses the training effectiveness atthe end of this part.Chapter5, study conclusion and construction of teacher trainingstrategies framework is the summary of the study. In this chapter, basedon the study, author proposes four recommendations about theorycontent teacher training:Theory content teacher training should combine the actual needsof teachers;In the process of theory content teacher training, flexible trainingstrategies should be adopted according to different trainees andtraining condition.Theory content teacher training should combine specific teachingcases;Theory content teacher training should combine educationalresearch, to consolidate the training effectiveness.In this character, the author constructs the frame of the therapycontact teacher training strategies. According to the procedure, itincludes training strategies and training platform.
