On Studying The Quality Assurance System Of Professional Degree Graduate Education In China

As the social needs of professional degree graduate education have become increasingly prominent, Chinese government has launched a scale recruitment policy on full-time degree graduate correspondingly. However, how to coordinate the enrollment growth in number and the quality of education? how to reflect the academic type, in-service and full-time professional degree in the same level but not the same specification? How to solve the problem of inadequate investment funding for the degree education? How to change the phenomenon which the highly application characteristics of the specialized degree education are being weakened? How to link up the specialized degree and corresponding qualifications? So many problems have be in front of us. Continuously improving the quality assurance system and protect the quality of professional degree education, which as the key to solving these problems.The paper is based on the related theory about "professional degree educational quality assurance system", is learned from foreign experience, combined with the development status and characteristics of research subjects, is as an example of the professional degree in veterinary medicine, discovered problems and analyzed the important factors through questionnaires and related information, put forward the countermeasures. Mainly from the following three aspects:First, the problems and important factors analysis and countermeasures within the various sectors of internal quality assurance system in veterinary master professional degree graduate education. In the study on improving the internal quality assurance system, the whole process security from input, training, Output to feedback, is highlighted. Moreover, the different features in veterinary degree education are also taken into account. Through questionnaires and related information, based on the issues and factors of veterinary degree education, we found the problems and the key points to improve. And the ISO9000quality management conception is introduced into the system protection. Combined the system theory and with the scientific theories to guide practice, the study emphasized on strengthening interaction and organic links of all aspects in the internal quality assurance system, to achieve continuous development and self-improvement.Second, the problems and countermeasures of external quality assurance system in veterinary master professional degree graduate education. The external quality assurance system of every professional degree exist common problems. Therefore in this, the whole professional degree of external quality assurance system is as the subject for study., that national laws, regulations and systems security, diversification development of main body in external assurance system and sound quality evaluation system, are highlighted. Educational quality legal control system, etc. are proposed to strengthen. The quality assurance system of professional degree education, which is based mainly on internal assurance, secondarily on external assurance, is eventually established.Third, the communication links and balanced development between the internal and external quality assurance system, are researched. The whole quality assurance system of professional degree education is existed as a larger system in view of system theory, which is also include the internal and external assurance systems, which as the subsystems were there, too, including many of the subsystems. System as a whole, its various subsystems are not isolated, but organic linked and mutual influenced. This requires that communication, contact, balanced development and mutual promotion are timely carried out between the internal and external quality assurance system.This paper, as an Example of the Professional Degree in Veterinary Medicine, which has added new research achievement to the whole professional degree of external quality assurance system, has enriched the theoretical degree education content, has provided useful policy recommendations to the relevant government departments, has furnished some effective ideas to solve the problems in face of the train units, has presented a new vision of the quality assurance system.
