Objectives:The knees are the most common injury sites throughout the body in basketball players. By observing the exchanges of some of the Kinematics and dynamics parameters when the male college students completing the drop jump, found out found out the characteristics of biomechanics of the male college students majored basketball when they doing the drop jumps and we provide.the theoretical basis for the knee injury prevention for the male college students majored basketball.Method:38male college students majored basketball were recruited as subjects. They were divided into left-knee injured group(n=8) right-knee injured group(n=9) two-legs injured group (n=12)and non-injured group(n=9) after they were clinical screened. All the subjects filled the injury questionnaires and finished the drop jumps. Their lower extremties’biomechanics parameters were recorded by the the infrared light capture system and the force platform simultaneously when they were doing the drop jumps, left-knee injured group、right-knee injured group and two-legs injured group’left and right legs’biomechanics parameters and non-injured group’s were did the statistics analysis respectively. significance level was p<0.05.Male college students majored basketball’s injuries are mostly took place in training, take68.97percent of the whole; The injury man whose VISA grades were more than75were exceed two thirds. The reason for the male college students majored basketball mainly was body contact (39.62%). Their abduction angle of the left hip was significantly larger than the right side(p<0.05) and their internal rotation angle of the left hip was significantly less than the right side(p<0.05); left leg’s torsion of left-knee injured group and right-knee injured group was significantly lower than than that of the non-injured group(p<0.05);The left-knee injured group’s right knee normalized extension moment was significantly higher than that of the non-injured group at P1moment (p<0.05). Right knee extension moment in two-legs injured group was significantly lower than that of non-injured group;Right hip of the left-knee injured group was in abduction and the right hip of the non-injured group was in adduction, their difference was significant(p<0.05) at P2momentConclusion:1、there was difference between left and right hip at the peak ground vertical reaction moment male students majored basketball. so we should combine them very seriously.2、The stability of the male students majored basketball decreased at the peak ground vertical reaction moment. But the causal relationship between the decrease of the stability and the injury should be further studied.3、there are compensate in the conlateral side that was increasing the knee extention moment when landing in the unilateral injured men.4、knee extention moment would decrease in knee injured male students at the peak ground vertical reaction moment in the take-off period.5、The unilateral injured would accommodate the requirement of pushing off by increasing the abduction of the conlateral hip.
