Research On Risk Management Of Sport Event Service Of Undergraduate Volunteers

The thesis researched on undergraduate volunteers who served for sports events basing on the management theory, then at last put forward undergraduate volunteers’risk coping strategies system and pre-warning system through risk identification and risk assessment process. This study uses the method of questionnaire survey, expert interviews, logical analysis and mathematical statistics to research the undergraduate volunteers’sports event service risk. Through interviewing with undergraduate volunteers, sports event organizers and experts, draw the following conclusions:1. Risk recognition method of undergraduate volunteers’sports event service is ranking list method and fault tree analysis method basing on massive literature material. In accordance with the self-designed" risk checklist of undergraduate volunteers’sports event service ", ultimately determine the undergraduate volunteers’sports event service risk source, including environmental risk, management risk, volunteers’own risk and groups out of control risk. The total items is96.There are27environmental risks,20management risks,31volunteers’own risks and18groups out of control risks.2. Risk assessment method of undergraduate volunteers’sports event service is "risk assessment list of undergraduate volunteers’sports event service" and pareto analysis method. The former is combined the risk possibility, risk seriousness and risk controllable; the latter is based on risk frequency and cumulative percentage to find the main risk.3. Risk coping strategies of undergraduate volunteers’sports event service is risk avoidance, risk transfer, risk control and risk retention in four aspects.4. Constructed risk management project and pre-waming system, basing on risk management system of undergraduate volunteers’sports event service, in order to predict risks, judge risks and deal with them, prevent risk accidents, and balance the relationship between risk and control. Researching on risk management of undergraduate volunteers’sports event service can alleviate the risk occurrence. Risk management of undergraduate volunteers’sports event service is a dynamic process, which has wide research space. Along with the continuous development and innovation of sports science, management science and other subjects, risk management of undergraduate volunteers’sports event service will be more perfect in the future.
