With the constant in-depth study of curriculum and didactics,classroom teaching is receiving more and more attentions. Classroomteaching communication not only affects the development of studentsand the improvement of teaching quality, but also has a greatsignificance to China’s educational undertakings. However, thetraditional classroom teaching communication mainly concerns aboutone-way communication from teacher to student. Lack of richcommunicational styles, it usually results in low communicationalexpectations and limits the development of both teacher and studentto some extent. Therefore, to enhance the effectiveness of classroomteaching communication and strengthen students’ development, wemust take a new acquaintance to the relationship between teacherand students in class and improve the effective communicationbetween teacher and students, and communication among students.This paper consists of six chapters. Chapter one simplyreviewed the background, significance of this research and thecurrents status of teaching communication research both home andabroad. The author’s research methodology is also illustrated in this part.Chapter two summarized the existing problems of classroom teachingcommunication and then made a through and deep analysis for thereasons. In chapter three, teaching communication and effectiveteaching are defined. Upon the scientific definition of teachingcommunication, the author discussed the functions of effectiveteaching communication. Chapter four put forward the conditions foreffective teaching communication practicing after analyzed itsfeatures. Chapter five focused on strategic research of effectiveclassroom teaching communication. As the most important part, thischapter started from teaching practices and proposed some feasible suggestions through case studies, in order to improve the effectivenessof teaching communication. At last, the author evaluated effectiveteaching communication from three different perspectives includingthe subject, activities and effects of teaching communication.
