The weakness of stamina is impeding the development of Chinese short track speed skating team. Short track speed skating is the group of stamina dominated and speed endurance, which mainly develops the ability of cardio-pulmonary function of athletes. Stamina is the basic of the physical fitness of athletes, and the efficiency of training method enables to improve the stamina of athletes. New training method and measure of developing the stamina is the guarantee of creating excellent sport performance.The practice proves that stamina is the direct factor which influences the sport performance. In the Vancouver Winter Olympic2010, Meng Wang won the gold metals of500m and1000m programs, which is considered as the determined advantage of stamina. The gold mental which Yang Zhou won in the1500m program also demonstrates the appropriate of the training method in Chinese short-track speeding skating.1500m program is generally considered as the weakness of our teams. We have researched a new training method to make up the weakness for many years. It is realized in2010. However, it can not illustrate that the problem of poor stamina has been resolved. The weakness in stamina is exposed in our country after the Winter Olympic. Therefore, it is the primary task to seek a new, scientific training method soon.At present, it is simplex training methods of short-track speeding skating in China, which is kept using the traditional training methods. Although there is certain development in strength, speed, endurance to the athletes by using these traditional training models, in order to keep high-level competition state and get excellent performance, it should independent efficient stamina training. In order to get better performance of the athletes, more and more countries enhance the stamina training of athletes. Exploring new training methods and creating excellent performance of the athletes constantly becomes the key focus of the reseachers.This study is about breach training to12athletes of short-track speeding skating in Yanbian Autonomous Prefecture using the conclusions of training experience for many years, applies documents method, interview, experiment, statistics etc, which includes the test on the strength quality, speed quality, endurance quality and sport performance of the athletes before and after the breach training, and mainly draws the conclusions as following:There is obvious enhancement in the speed quality of the short-track speeding skating athletes after6weeks breach training, showing the development on the performance of 30m and100m.(p<0.05).There is obvious enhancement in the speed quality of the short-track speeding skating athletes after6weeks breach training, showing the development on the performance of standing long jump, single feet lateral jump, single feet lateral jump, and gliding leaps.(p<0.05).There is obvious enhancement in the speed quality of the short-track speeding skating athletes after6weeks breach training, showing the development on the performance of400m and leg curl up.(p<0.05).There is obvious enhancement in the speed quality of the short-track speeding skating athletes after6weeks breach training, showing the development on the experience of300m,1000m and1500m.(p<0.05).After6weeks breach training, the author concludes advice as the following:The study demonstrates that breaching training has significantly improved the quality of speed, endurance, and strength of the short-track speeding skating athletes, especially to the enhancement of the sport performance, through6weeks breach training and the analysis of tests about the speed quality, endurance quality and strength quality on the athletes before and after the training. The author aims at exchanging with the athletes of the breach training, and they generally consider that the breach training is efficient. It could be a new training method in the short-track speeding skating program.
