Since the new curriculum reform, the Chinese curriculum teaching emphasis on instrumental. At the same time, the Chinese curriculum teaching put more and more attention on the humanity characteristics. This not only conforms to Chinese curriculum itself discipline attribute, more important is, Chinese curriculum, as a kind of cultural heritage passing on our country’s performance for thousands of years of outstanding culture. Culture and education, especially with Chinese education are inseparable. Therefore, we can see a lot of high school language teaching material with material culture. The cultural material confused species, should not be neglected in the part of content in Chinese course education teaching. Face high school in language teaching material to a wide variety of material culture, how in the education teaching specific effectively applied these cultural material is a worthy of our discussion of problem. The effective application of language teaching material these cultural material, can guide our students to better accept language knowledge, improve Chinese accomplishment, perfect the students’ personality. This paper analyzes the high school language teaching material in the cultural level, based on the culture and education, especially on the complementary relationship in Chinese education. It points out that in the high school language teaching material, the cultural material should be divided into dominant and recessive, and approve of the cultural material has a very important value during the Chinese curriculum teaching, the value is as follows:Firstly, we can guide students to know the keys and difficult points better in reading teaching. Secondly, we can expand out a new learning area in chases teaching. Thirdly, we can help students to understand classic and national culture further. On such a cognitive basis, we understand the importance of cultural material in Chinese curriculum teaching, and discuss how to use the cultural material effectively from four aspects:the cognition of perceptual materials the identity of rational perception、the organic integration of the material culture、the harmony between life material and teaching material. Finally, the paper returns to the essential significance of educating people that Chinese education as a humanities subject, also clarify the application of culture material and the importance of value humanity.For a long time, there are lots of articles discussion on the relationship between culture and language courses.But, few scholars pay close attention to how the specific Chinese education teaching effective use of culture. In this paper, from a cultural perspective, based on the specific language curriculum teaching consideration, strive to be innovative in theory, thus in our educational practice in the real guidance.
