| CBO men’s Club League is Chinese amateur basketball tournament in the top events,after3years of development, has begun to take shape, have their own development space.But CBO men’s club as a new event, its theoretical research and practice is still very weak,this paper adopts the questionnaire to2011third CBO men Club League of the12participating clubs players, coaches and the basic situation of the leader club management andoperation problem undertook thorough and meticulous investigation, and through using themethod of literature, mathematical statistics, expert interviews and other specific methodscombined through analysis, CBO men’s Club League with amateur sex, representative,non-profit and high socialization characteristic. CBO men’s club team sources are mainlyconcentrated in the CUBA graduates, members of the fixed number of training years andsports level is higher, and the overall higher education level. Coaches have higher coachingexperience and education, but the coaches and coaches full-time degree title is not very high.12CBO men’s club team are mainly distributed in the middle and small city, the club runfunding sources are from large enterprises owned enterprises and institutions of financialallocations. The12clubs to team training conditions and training time can be the basicguarantee, have specialized leadership to the team ’s daily life and the training work, but theplayer’s source is not very clear.
