The main duty of universities is to cultivate high-quality talents including entrepreneurs, factory directors and managers who play important roles for economic growth and improving of technology. With the development of higher vocational education and increasing of graduates, the employment has become an important issue in the development of higher education. The students from higher vocational colleges are in disadvantage because of their educational levels. Enterprise education is a new subject in educational field. Students start businesses depend on themselves through enhancing their enterprise education, which not only can help them find jobs after graduating, but also is very important for economic growth. But there are many problems about enterprise education in higher vocational colleges, such as low awareness of enterprise education, lack of teaching experience and practice and corresponding learning materials, unreasonable curriculum, obsolete and stereotyped teaching models and so on. All the problems arise from the following reasons. First of all, enterprise education is a new subject in the educational field. Secondly, people have low awareness of it. Then the current teaching-administration pattern hinders its development. Finally, the investment of enterprise education is deficient. So the higher vocational colleges must take some measures to improve the current situations of enterprise education for cultivating more high-quality creative and pioneering talents, like reforming idea of education, improving teaching system, providing a good learning and teaching environment for enterprise education, and increasing fund input.
