The direct purpose of the exercise training is to continually improve theathlete’s athletic ability, and then the game will help the athletic ability translate intoathletic performance. To achieve this aim must be to improve the quality of training andathletes’ training and competing efficiency. In a certain sense, the reasonablearrangement of the training process and effective control is the key to improve thequality of training and athletic ability, the in-depth study of the characteristics of atraining cycle or stage is very important to update and understand the training rules oftennis training. In this study, we research the National Tennis Women’s Tennis TeamSecond Team in the view of sports training, using literature, tracking research, expertinterviews, the measurement of heart rate team training,and we analysis the Chinesenational women’s tennis team several times in the short-term training through thedivision of the training cycle, training programs formulation, the form of the trainingorganization, the arrangements of the training content, the application of trainingmethods, the distribution of the training load, the control of several aspects of thetraining process,to help improve the quality of post-training training.The research conclusions:(1) National women’s tennis team is generally dividedinto three to four training cycles every year, that is the beginning of the Australian Opencycle, years in the French Open Wimbledon cycle and the end of the U.S. cycle, and aspecial year in the Asian Games cycle or Olympic cycle;(2) technical and tacticaltraining is to improve the development of skilled-based basic skills training;combination of combat, combat capability training and doubles technical and tacticaltraining, but changing pace training means less time, and teaching the game and countto practice the practical arrangements at the wrong time, and derail the characteristics oftennis events;(3) physical training to be given adequate attention, the everyday practiceis changing into every class, the proportion of the time of the physical training isimproving, and the training in the initial stage of the proportion of physical training ofup to60%to70%, with the depth of the training camp and the game draws near, theproportion of physical training time can be gradually decreased to about30%(4) theinjury prevention and treatment of tennis women’s team of athletes has always taken aprinciple of "radical injury rely on governance, slow injury rely on training, the old orsick injury will not delay, cure disease prevention" to ensure the health of the teamplayers;(5) training load intensity is characterized by: the technical and tactical trainingsessions are generally higher than the intensity of physical training course load, andcomprehensive training courses in technical and tactical exercises is generally higherthan the load intensity of physical exercise, physical training, speed and special endurance exercise is generally higher than coordination, balance, core strength, basicstrength training load intensity. Part of the training course is a long time, the pace isslow, content, strength, neglect training "intensity" of the stimulus, and does not matchwith the high-quality advocated by the modern professional tennis, short, high intensitytraining philosophy;(6) training work normally established on the basis of strict controlof the training process, the national women’s tennis team monitor the training process toensure the quality and effectiveness of the training from five aspects: the trainingprogram, training course load, the quality of training sessions, injury rehabilitation,recovery from fatigue, nutritional supplements and athletes’ behaviors.
