Social network, too much emphasis on the dimension of the structure,And ignore theagencyand power relations.Network exchange theory has unique insights in the explain therelationship between network structure and power distribution and power exist because of theexclusion mechanism. However, network exchange theory paid little attention to the reality ofhierarchical relationships and strength of relationship. The hierarchical relationship is thelower hierarchical relationships; consider the strength of the relationship between the strengthof the relationship, the paper is divided into three types of relationship of the relatives, friendsand strangers. In this paper, the hierarchical relationships and strength of relations included inthe analysis model, and field experiments to explore the relationship between the allocation ofresources. The author argues that the hierarchical relationships by adding different types ofnetwork connection structure will enhance the effect of the allocation of resources, to makethree connected structures are integrated into a power network. The strength of therelationship between the introduction of the three types of networks connected, the moreclosely relationship with the center who will get more resources. These two propositions havebeen partially confirmed the experimental results. However, some connection structure willeliminate the relationship between factors. It is not difficult to explain some of the widespreadphenomenon in China the level of organization, such as flattery, Latin America, to findsomeone to wait.
