This study aims to Beijing shougang basketball club on the analysis of the currentsituation, find out the organization construction, operation management in the coachteam construction, athletes and team construction, the existing problems of the search forthe corresponding development countermeasure, targeted puts forward reasonable andfeasible solution, and reference of the professional basketball clubs NBA advancedexperience, for Beijing shougang basketball development of the club to offer help andusing for reference.This article through the literature data method, questionnaire and interviews withexperts, logic analysis, empirical research method and mathematical statistics method toBeijing shougang basketball club organization construction, operation management, thecoaches and athletes training of thinking and pattern, a deep research and analysis, anddraw the following conclusion:1, NBA professional basketball club operation management is already very mature andits reasonable organizational structure, the strict legal system, flexible, open marketoperation means in the international market and forming a good positive cycle, for thedevelopment of the professional basketball clubs in China for reference.2, CBA professional basketball club is still under development, backup talents trainingmode is still the continuation of the system, the training mode of a single, transfer systemand competition system still need to improve, faster advance our country professionalbasketball league’s fast development.3, Beijing shougang basketball club is affiliated with a subsidiary of shougang corp,however the club and shougang corp exist between property ownership club andLanGuan between center divide property rights. Beijing shougang basketball club’sorganizational framework reasonable integrity, and the functional departments is veryperfect, but personnel is not enough, many department only one person, and all is crossmajor employed, the lack of sports club operation method of practical experience.4, Beijing shougang basketball club to marketing seriously, and the image of the club andthe player in a large number of human, material and financial resources, and has receivedthe good effect.
