Growing with the development of vocational education in vocational schools aspart of vocational education, in order to successfully solve the employment problem ofgraduates to ensure that students efficient, high-quality employment, has become thefocus of the various schools, employment issues outstanding contradictions is that theschool career guidance curriculum.Through questionnaires, interviews, etc., on the one hand from vocational schoolstudents employment psychological characteristics, analyzed and summarized, andgiven a reasonable proposal:1.Recognize yourself, build confidence.2.Correctpositioning, renew an idea.3.Attitude adjustment, employment guidance; the other hand,from a business perspective, to explore the culture of conformity enterprisedevelopment talent in vocational education, main methods are:1.From the enterprisedemand for skilled personnel, select appropriate teaching content.2.Strengthen thevocational students’ moral education, the cultivation of students’ comprehensive quality.3.Strengthen the cooperation between college and enterprise, make students understandbusiness needs. Further exploration on course construction of employment guidance forvocational school development strategy, main strategy:1.According to thecharacteristics of running schools have focused on developing course.2.The use of fullemployment guidance curriculum system.3.Employment guidance model.4.Tostrengthen the employment guidance curriculum teachers team construction.5.In theprocess of teaching, pay attention to case analysis.6.Over all planning, full guidance,the hierarchical organization of teaching.
