1. PurposeStudy of Omega3polyunsaturated fatty acids (EPA, DHA) supplementation onexhaustive exercise in mice skeletal muscle cell membrane fluidity of, and explore theEPA, DHA as exhaustive exercise in mice tonic suitable dose and appropriateproportion.2. Experimental MethodsIn male Kunming mice as the object of study, a randomized, for two weeks of EPA,DHA supplementation after exhaustive exercise, were sacrificed immediately after thebilateral femoral four biceps, extracted from the cell membrane. Determination andcalculation of cell membranes by fluorescence polarization (Polarization, P), microviscosity eta, membrane fluidity (Lipid membrane fluidity, LFU) showed that the cellmembrane fluidity index, in order to reveal the Omega-3polyunsaturated fatty acidsupplementation on exhaustive exercise in mice skeletal muscle cell membrane fluidityin rats, and to the cell membrane fluidity index is a basis of EPA, DHA as exhaustiveexercise in mice tonic suitable dose and appropriate proportion.3. Result(1) exercise control group compared to the control group of skeletal muscle cellmembrane fluidity decreased.(2) a certain dose of EPA, DHA supplementation group relative to the motion controlsof skeletal muscle cell membrane fluidity are improved obviously.(3) relative to the motion controls, EPA by50mg/kgWB and above dosesupplementation can markedly improve the skeletal muscle cell membrane fluidity.(4) relative to the motion controls, DHA by50mg/kgWB and above dosesupplementation can markedly improve the skeletal muscle cell membrane fluidity.(5) according to the uniform experimental design statistical results, EPA, DHAsupplement dosage was1:1.5in skeletal muscle cell membrane fluidity improvingoptimal.4. Conclusion (1) EPA, DHA supplementation can markedly improve the exhaustive exercise in miceskeletal muscle cell membrane fluidity.(2) in skeletal muscle cell membrane fluidity index is a basis, EPA, DHA suitablesupplement dosage was50mg/kgWB.(3) in skeletal muscle cell membrane fluidity index is a basis, EPA, DHA appropriatesupplemental proportion is1:1.5.
