A Study Of The Impact On Graduates’Hunting-Job Capability By The Communist Youth League In College

Recently, the issues on graduates employment became a big problem for the society. How to solve the problem is a important part of building a harmonious society. And it have been a important policy research of the central leading body of the Party.The Communist Youth League in College (CYLC) is a leader organization, and conducts important ideological and political education. It is also an important complementary part with academic education. The CYLC could help the students to reduce or release psychological disorder during the process of hunting jobs.This thesis tried to analyze the employment problem of graduates, especially analyze the psychological disorder of students. And then study the relationship between CYLC and capability of hunting jobs.Creatively, the thesis would use empirical research with theory to find out the real impacts on the students by CYLC works. But some part of the thesis is not perfect on methodology and Proficient writing skills.
