For volleyball in Jilin Province to carry out thepresent situation, since the dissolution of Jilin Province male and female volleyballprovincial team in1986, Jilin Province is still not set up provincial and municipalvolleyball Amateur Sports School. In Jilin Province, volleyball athletes training modelis the "primary school---middle school---university, or other provinces and citiesvolleyball provincial team or national team. According to related statistics, the sourceof reserve forces, Jilin Province, the main volleyball at all levels of primary andsecondary schools volleyball after school training has become more important in thisschool volleyball after school sports training.Using journal data, investigation of questionnaires, interviews, field inspectionmethod, mathematical statistics and logical analysis of law and other researchmethods, an in-depth investigation of Changchun high school volleyball after schooltraining team was conducted and analyzed, with the following conclusions: InChangchun, professional volleyball club reserve talents from the school volleyballafter school training, only five high school volleyball after school training;Changchun high school volleyball after school training security system is still notperfect; Changchun high school volleyball after school training athletes have anadvantage in height and age, but the motivation of athletes to participate inafter-school volleyball training is not conducive to the launching of the "throughtrain" training system; Changchun high school volleyball coach’s age, education level,and teaching experience is more reasonable, young coaches need education; schoolleaders do not pay attention to the lack of volleyball special teachers, venues andequipment are not sufficient for the set up of after school volleyball training inChangchun high schools. In short, there is no good volleyball atmosphere inChangchun.Therefore, the following recommendations are made: the establishment of aguiding ideology of clear after-school training, the increase the degree of attentionof higher authorities; the recommendation that education authorities increase theestablishment of school coaches, the introduction of high-level coaches, and theprogressive realization of the full-time coach team; educating the public to enhancethe volleyball atmosphere to increase the number of games, improve their competitive abilities; to improve the security system for coaches and athletes; the recommendationthat education authorities add volleyball to the subjects on the entrance test of thesports students; provide volleyball hardware and facilities for after-school volleyballtraining, expert teaching to provide protection; correct balance between theory andtraining to enhance the management of students’ non-training class.
