Hurdle movement is based on rhythm and coordination, and speed is the corecompetitive of the game. It is called barrier dash that needs more complex andsystemic coordination on speed, strength, flexibility, sensitive, and stamina quality. And the coordinated ability is the movement of the indispensable an importantphysical quality. Coordination is the basic ability of human, it is the basics to learnand master techniques and it also influences technical control, technical tactics andathletic performance’s improvement. In the hurdle process, athlete should maintain alevel speed, maximize reduce vertical speed, body gravity is higher before the bar, onthe bar body gravity could not up and down so much, athlete should try to low and theground over the bar, upper body bend forward when after the bar, swinging leg intohigh center of gravity support, the take-off leg fast in a straight line pulling ahead. Inshort, the key is the balance of the body, and the point is the body of each section’scooperation and movements’ organic link, and the rapid a bar is the most directpurpose. Wanting to over the bar rapidly, muscle must have a good control ability thatis one’s coordination should be very outstanding. Juvenile Hurdle Athletes shouldhave more requests on rhythm, coordinated ability than adults. Due to the youthshould be trained according to age and other various aspects; speed is only one ofthem. The adults’ training are mainly on movement of proficiency, strength and theunderstanding of the technique. So coordination training is the foundation for thefuture. At present coordination training is for a small proportion in training units, evenin professional leagues. Hurdle movement training is mainly focus on high strength, great physiological load of exercise, in order to improve the speed, strength, endurance, etc. That kind training pattern caused athletes injuries and action is notstandardized, at last make athlete’s performance improve lower. The purposes of this study aimed at strengthen athlete’s physical fitness andspecial ability according to the request of Juvenile Hurdle Athletes’ CoordinationTraining to lay foundation for the future. This paper choose young athlete aged11to15who are come from first sports school of BaoDing for experiment. Experimentalobjects are divided in to two groups: experimental group and control group, who arein fifteen weeks single blind experiment. During the training, experimental group isincluding coordination training while control group did not. After experiment, thevarious elements in experimental group are better than control group. Conclusion And Suggestion:1After four months coordination contrast training experiment on juvenile hurdleathletes, the results shows that young male experimental group is better than controlgroup on the speed of a hurdler, strength, stamina, soft, coordinated, and hurdlestechnology improvement. Young female experimental group’s speed, stamina, bodycampaign scores, and hurdles technology improvement are all better than controlgroup. Power and soft quality are all improved but not significant. Hurdle techniqueand professional score’s improvement illustrated that coordination training plays acrucial role in hurdle sports, not in young hurdle athlete but also in adult hurdleathlete.Coordination load strength training should not be too big, during training oneshould be focused on, and take appropriate safety protection measures.2During the training, body quality, balance, and coordination training should becombined. Flexible and body the physical qualities perfect unified will help toimprove special scores. Various methods should be used in hurdle training, especiallyinnovate more training means combine with hurdle.
