The language of instruction is the means of dissemination of knowledge of teachers andthe media, good or bad use of language has a direct impact on classroom teaching effect. Inthe classroom, teaching evaluation language to make the most direct feedback on students’classroom performance.In the classroom, teaching evaluation language to make the mostdirect feedback on students’ classroom performance. The quality and level of classroomevaluation of the use of languages for the formation of students’ mastery of knowledge andgood feelings, attitudes, values has a vital role. Evaluating Teaching language is more than adescription of the teaching experience and theoretical discussion, empirical research isrelatively small. In this paper, an empirical study of teachers ’classroom evaluation oflanguage, from this point of view of the expert teachers and novice teachers’ classroomteaching evaluation language differences, to explore both in the classroom evaluation termsthere differences and the existence of differences in the reasons for and identify appropriatecountermeasures based on these reasons.This thesis contains the following sections:The first part is the introduction, on the origin of the paper, the topics of the basis andsignificance of research, study and methods are briefly introduced.The second part is a comparative analysis of the novice teachers and expert teachers’classroom teaching evaluation of language.Mainly from the work attitude of teachers,teachers’ understanding of the importance of the language classroom teaching evaluation,Evaluating Teaching language usage and reflect on these four areas.The third part is the reason of the analysis of novice teachers and expert teachers’teaching evaluation of language differences, through the analysis that novice teachers andexpert teachers there are differences in the evaluation of the concept of teaching ability,teaching language evaluation techniques.The fourth part is the suggestions for improvement of the existing problems in the use ofthe language of classroom teaching evaluation process.From the education administrativedepartments, schools and teachers to improve the teachers’ evaluation of language.First ofall,the education administrative departments to Evaluating Teaching language targeted training, the use of language teachers’ classroom teaching into teacher evaluation mechanism.Second,the school in conjunction with teachers to formulate scientific and rational teachingspeech evaluation,Expert teachers to help novice teachers, the creation of the research climateof mutual learning.Finally, teachers should Practice basic skills, to improve the cultivation oflanguage, to improve the skills and abilities of the statement evaluation.
