In recent years, as the national sports and traditional culture has been greatly developed and expended by the country. Lion dance-one of the Chinese traditional sports events has taken on a new look. No matter organization and administration, technology and theory foundation have stepped into a new area and ascended into a new stage. The rules are based on the benefit of the events’development. To guarantee that the competition is rendered under the fair play, make accurate competition and ranking of the athletes’scores. The competition rules are made based on people’necessity hobbies and the events law. In the process of completion, we should ensure that the game is held under just fair open ordered and ensure accurate measurement reasonable competition and ranking to the athletes’scores. To satisfy people’s need for sports and make contribution to the development of this event.The research has made comprehensive and systematic analysis of the content and development characters of Beishi rules which have been issued since the foundation of Chinese Dragon lion Dance federation, timekeeping, music, criteria, common errors and scoring detailed regulations which have an impact on the development of Beishi. After making demonstration,we found BeiShi rules’development direction and beishi rules’ development tendency,so we suggest that coaches and athletes should study the rules attentively,make scientifically reasonable training according to the development tendency of Beishi technology, enhance physical quality,make good action basis,develop and innovate difficultly strengthen artistic expression,highlight the team style, faster systematic training progress,make preparation for Beishi’s better development and provide theory basis and guiding suggestion to the teaching training and competition of Beishi.
