Medium occupation school education teaching bears cultural foundation and professionaltechnology dual task of teaching students, language as a compulsory basic course, not onlyhas the unique character of the subject, but also contains a profound humanistic spirit andculture. And long-term since the traditional way of teaching methods ignore the students’subjective initiative, neglected the cultivation of students’ interest, teaching strategies andlearning efficiency of single, cause, especially in recent years the medium occupation schoolenrollment expanding, the quality of students has decreased year by year, students weariness,lack of learning initiative and enthusiasm, to improve the teaching quality. While the railwayprofessional Chinese teaching, not only has the secondary vocational education in the "general ", and the unique railway occupation technical secondary school language teaching "personality ", in this context specifically discuss railroad professional Chinese teachingstrategy, has a special significance, it is not only related to the enhancement of languageteaching quality, but also relates to the professional knowledge to master. Although theoccupation the language teachers in the teaching reform, but because of the specialized schoolChinese teaching current situation is different, the shortage of teaching effect, so do not getimprovement. As the medium occupation school railway professional language teachers, torailroad professional Chinese teaching current situation to undertake an analysis, put forwardcorresponding teaching strategies: use of emotional principle, arouse the students’ interest inlearning; enrich the content of teaching, stimulate the students’ learning potential; improve theteaching method, improve students’ learning efficiency; reasonable establishing the multipleevaluation system, cultivate students comprehensive ability; comprehensively improve thequality of teachers. The study mainly adopts literature method, case method and the methodof action research, collection, collation of relevant secondary vocational Chinese teaching andprofessional teaching of Chinese railway ’s successful experience, combined with his ownteaching practice, summed up the thinking, enhance, trying to push the railway professionallanguage teaching reform to provide positive ideas and useful advice.
