With the launching of quality education, arts education in schools has been on an unusually important position. Music education as a quality education to carry out important content on the student’s ability to cultivate an immeasurable role. With the rapid development of music education in the stage of basiceducation, school music teaching activities showing a flourishing state of livemusic is more content-rich, in various forms. Music appreciation course is composed of elementary school music teaching activities, students learning and lifehas a very important significance. The development and implementation of theelementary school music appreciation course is an important part of quality education in the basic education stage therefore fully carry out the school’s musicappreciation course culture has a positive effect on students’ comprehensive ability. Consolidated in terms of music appreciation courses than music appreciation, or listening to music requires a higher level of mental activity, students understand and explore musical forms is multi-faceted and multi-angle.Author as music educators, has been engaged in music teaching and learning activities, has been very strong interest in the stage of basic teaching musicappreciation courses. Well aware of the primary stage is an important periodfor students artistic aesthetic ability, how to carry out the effect of the musicappreciation course, a direct impact on the quality of education in schools. I Xingtai area of ten primary entry point literature method of investigation, interview of elementary school music appreciation course to carry out a comprehensive analysis in order to contribute to the development of elementary school music teaching modest. The fourth part is to carry out the strategy of Xingtai area elementary school music appreciation course. In ten areas:(1) improve the understanding of managers (2) to strengthen the quality of teachers and construction;(3) equipped teaching facilities;(4) to optimize the structure of courses;(5) outstanding students in the dominant position;(6) miningstudent the auditory capacity;(7) develop students’ emotional experience;(8) follow individualized principle;(9) to strengthen the integration of curriculum resources; and (10) the development of curriculum evaluation system.
