The study on the basis of previous studies, combining modern aesthetics, pedagogy,psychology and sports discipline theory, through the research and their own in theteaching know, affected the aerobics students factors of expressive specific research anddiscusses, for in gymnastics teaching, especially how to improve the students’ selfexpressive force of provide strong reference. This paper adopts literature data method,questionnaire survey method, expert interview and mathematical statistics method, withcalisthenics teaching situation, from the perspective of social psychology, explore inaerobics teaching students the way of expression. This research was aimed to find ingymnastics teaching effect on the students improve the expressive factors, and improvestudents of calisthenics expressiveness how effective ways and methods, and deepen theteachers and the students in deep understanding of the expressive, at the same time, thedevelopment of the research for calisthenics expressiveness play the role of theenlightenment. The research results are as follows: in gymnastics teaching effect on thestudents of expression are various factors, of which the main factors have special quality,temperament and personality, psychological quality, dance, music training and theinterest in consciousness six aspects. The special quality is one of the factors ofcalisthenics expressiveness; In the process of teaching teachers should pay attention tothe student’s individual differences, pay attention to the cultivation of the character andtemperament; Psychological change affects the improvement of expression; Dance andmusic is the important factor of influence movement expression.
