Recently, there has been a resurgence of interest in the study of the peer-conflict in middle-school. The Adolecents are in life developing process special groups, the peer conflict are playing the important role in young people’s life. It is very important for the psychological development to whether constructively solution. This urges us to go to the thorough discussion conflict, so that we can instruct effectively the practice work by the time. This research mainly discussed the junior students for the peer conflict resolution strategy structure and inspects the development characteristic, which would provide the theory basis and the direction for corresponding psychological health education curriculum in the near future.Through experiments, questionnaire and observation methods, we firstly selected1300junior students from Changzhi and Dalian to study the peer conflict resolution strategy. At the same time, by the situation observation and the interview, we inspected the process, result and behavior performance in the different peer conflict solution strategy, in order to obtain the qualitative analysis; Secondly, we chose360students from the three grades, in which to study the grade characteristic and the gender differences.The results revealed that:(1)Based on the exploring factor analysis and the confirmation factor analysis, the results indicated that the adolecents for the peer conflicts resolution strategy structure involves5dimensions:manage positively, compromise, competition, obedience, evasion.(2)The questionnaire of adolecents for peer conflict has high reliability and validity so that it can be used to evaluate junior students in middle school.(3)With the development of grade, the overall trend was increasing slowly at first and then a slightly downward, each grade stage’s development speed is imbalanced, and the Grade Two was the critical period.(4)In the overall, there was no significant gender difference in the development of the peer conflict resolution strategy. But in the "manage positively and "compromise" two factors, the sex main effect difference is remarkable.(5)The adolecents for the peer conflicts resolution strategy in the whole development, thegrade and the gender have no correlation.(6)The adolecents for the peer conflict resolution strategy could be divided into3type tendencies, which were avoidance, competition, and cooperation.
