Load on students’learning is long-standing difficulties of basic education, is the hot issue of the broad masses of the people concerned, was also present serious obstacles to promoting quality education. At present, the burden of student learning problems is prevalent in basic education in China, which has become the unavoidable problems in the field of education. Learning time is too long, excessive amounts of time, sleep time is too short, too little physical activity time, job too much, the same examinations, teaching-aid materials frequently indiscriminate, school life boring, students become "book worm", appear tired, low self-esteem, guilt, despair, negative weariness, emotional, and renders the deteriorating trend. Excessive study burden of deprived children of childlike innocence and fun, hindering the promotion of comprehensive quality of students, a serious impact on the healthy growth of children and adolescents, restricted the overall improvement in the quality of basic education. Therefore, the students’learning burden should not be overlooked. The reasons for this situation are from Government, educational administration, school, society, parents and many other aspects. Jiangsu Rugao through the questionnaire section of this article conducted investigation and study in middle schools, directed to the full understanding of the current students’burden in learning, learning burden of students in the analysis of the main reasons, the special subject teaching language learning with the author, from the perspective of middle school Chinese education to explore ways of optimizing the unreasonable burden of students, and propose appropriate solutions.The study is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction of the paper, mainly introduces the topic cause, purpose and significance of papers, relevant literature review, research methods and innovations in this article. Literature review including the burden of meaning, type effects, character introduction, followed by an overview of the burden of learning factors among middle school students and relevant countermeasures for reducing students’ burden provides an overview, last comments are made to existing research.The second part is the burden of policy interpretation, including the burden of history, reducing the policy background and the burden of the contents of the file.The third part is the paper’s investigation process and the results show some. Research results display, most middle school students of day class volume and family job volume obvious over national about provisions, some students apart from accept school formal classroom learning outside also participate in has outside remedial classes, part parents and teachers on burden is to promote students lively active development this a fundamental purpose awareness enough, led on burden of support and implementation efforts enough; students on family job, and examination of attitude comparison negative, learning lack initiative, learning pressure is large.Part four is a survey of language learning burden, with concrete case illustrates the present situation of middle school students’ excessive and harm.Part five is the analysis of irrational burden on students’ learning. Student learning burden survey found unreasonable factors of main examination-oriented education of traditional concepts, realistic evaluation of the employment pressure, single, inappropriate teaching methods, and so on, and further analysis from the angle of burden reduction policy.The sixth part investigation and interviews with more than on the current burden on students’ language learning is not a reasonable reflection on issues, and proposed to rationalize the burden on students’ language learning strategies and recommendations. Teachers, parents to change education idea and reforming classroom teaching and cultivating students interest in learning, improve teacher professional quality, and so on.
