During the process of sport training, coaches usually monitor exercise intensity andphysiological stress through athlete’s heart rate. Heart Rate Monitoring, as a monitoringmethod to assist exercise, has been widely applied to various kinds of sport events. However, the application in soccer event is limited to the teams named after the nation, as for thetraining of juvenile players, such monitoring is rarely used, especially for the juvenile femalesoccer exercise. Teenagers are currently under the critical period of growth and development, besides, their professional skills are also needed to be specialized, so the application of heartrate monitoring to juvenile players can not only ensure their healthy growth, but can alsoimprove their athletic abilities. This paper monitors the heart rate of the national U14outstanding female soccerplayers in exercise and competition during the intensified training by utilizing FinlandPolar sports tester. Furthermore, it also tests the basic heart rate of each athlete everyday.Through the analysis of the monitoring result and basic heart rate, we find that thedifferences of athlete’s HRmax, average heart rate and intermittent heart rate during theexercise are not obvious, the target scope of HRmax is around180times per minutes, whilethe average rate is about140times per minute, but due to the different spots that players arein the pitch as well as the differences of the adversaries’ situation, there exists evidentdistinctions between players’ HRmax and average heart rate. The player’s HRmax is high to224, comparing with that during the exercise, the variance is amount to more than40,whilethe HRmax’s minimum variance also reaches30, and the variance of the average heart ratebetween exercise and competition is more than30too. Moreover, the basic heart rate afterthe competition is much higher than that after exercise, which explains that players maybecome fatigued after competition. This paper comes to the following conclusions:1.Under the same contents of training, thecardiopulmonary function of the players with more systematic exercise is better than that ofthe players whose exercise less systematic, so is the acceptable body capacity.2.In thecompetition, according to its spot’s character, the centre halfback is superiorer than others inthe intensity of competition and entire body activity.3.There is a gap between sport trainingand competition.4.After the competition, players’basic heart rate increases, and playersthemselves become fatigued.
