The social psychology of Organzing is a behavior interactionresearch between the people and the organization, which is inthe framework of sociology, management, and psychology.Because of man’s existence and behavior activity,Organizational activities are expanding and become rich andcolorful. New generation of migrant workers also is known asthe second generation of migrant workers. New generation ofmigrant workers is a huge flow of power. They make greatcontribution for the development of social economy. They havetheir own particularity. Interactive with organizations andenterprises is benefit for the development of new generation ofmigrant workers. At the same time, it also has relationship withthe operation of organization and society, which is the purposeof the study. Organization social psychology is a new theoryperspective. Under the guidance of social capital theory, introduce organization social psychology, explore the newgeneration of migrant workers’ interactive dynamics, and thendiscusses factors that influence the new generation migrantworkers’ interaction. For a new generation of migrant workers,it can play an important role in organizational interaction.Quantitative research is a necessary technical means, andthe questionnaire is one of the most effective and the mostbasic methods of data collection. Through collecting, sorting,analysis of data, made a basic description of the conditionabout the new generation migrant workers’ organizationalinteraction. Based on these analyses, then, the SEM was usedto make further analysis of the means of structural equationmodel. After those analyses, although the new generationmigrant workers have certain particularity, the specificity is notenough to cover their general. So the research for a newgeneration of migrant workers should attach importance totheir particularity and their general. The biggest problem of themigrant workers’ organizational interactive is that the partiesdid not form an organic link, or have no contact with each other.Organization interaction is a dual nature behavior, and also anopen system. The interaction would rather conduct under acertain framework, than it conducts before in this framework. So we can think that the interaction is a kind of ambiguitybehavior. It is not necessary to comply with the so-called rulesand regulations, but the interaction constructs the system.So the interaction of new generation migrant workers whointeract with organizations and enterprises, need interactingparties joint. Thus it can be formed an organic system. So as torealize the common development of interaction between parties,this is the real interaction and win-win.
