Effect Of High Level Athletes In Shandong Province Basketball Training Examinee Related Factors And Training Methods

With the growing influence of the Specialty Exam of College EntranceExamination, physical skills are paid more and more attention as a specialty,especially the exam for high-level athletes. The characteristic of this exam is that itonly needs high special requirement, while the line of literacy class mark is low, andthe number of enrolled students is quite small. Therefore, the annual competition isparticularly intense. However, the level of the examinees is closely related thetraining methods of their coaches and the surrounding environment, as well as otherimportant aspects such as attention and supports.According to the survey, basketball is a favorite sport in many schools in ourcountry with a broad mass basis. In many universities and colleges, they also urgentlyneed high-level sports teams to drive the upsurge of playing basketball in campus. Sorecruiting high-level basketball players to enter college to study becomes an importantway to improve the level of college basketball and led the basketball boom.The basketball examinees who join the high-level test are main reserving force toestablish a high level basketball team in campus. Their special level will directlydetermine the level of basketball team of their universities or colleges According tothe research of their training effects in high school, we can find the daily trainingdeficiencies and defects, so as to lay a good foundation for the selection and trainingof high level basketball player.This paper intends Investigation of law, Literature, Expert interviews,Questionnaire method, Mathematical statistics and Comparative analysis, taking theexaminees who join the high-level basketball exam with their coaches, parents andcolleges as the research object. This paper mainly has a research on the currentsituation of the coaches, training methods and the level of support and attention givenby their parents and schools. Through investigation and analysis, we found that thefactors that affect the Basketball candidates of high-level athletes in ShandongProvince:(1) The ages of the high school basketball coaches in Shandong Province are inirrational proportion, the ages between25and35are in less proportion, and thenumber of coaches who have a high education is less and less, they are not good atresearch and lacking of active learning ability.(2) The psychological quality of some candidates is quite poor because they don’toften join some races and lacking of exercises, bringing about the result that theycan’t perform very well on-the-spot.(3) Some parents don’t pay enough attention the high-level exam or their children’sspecialty exam, they take the exam as the last choice or even idleness. Therefore thesechildren can’t get the support from the parents when they accept daily training, whichaffect their enthusiasm and training effect.(4) There is a considerable part of the candidates who participate in high-level examare not in the love of basketball. Some students play basketball for a short time, andthey want to play it well by luck which is not conducive to the improvement of the score.(5) Most basketball coaches graduate from ordinary sports department and evenengaged in other projects, and their level is not very high, they don’t even contactwith the basketball high level exam, they only have a sketchy knowledge of importantand difficult points and skills and methods that they can’t work out a reasonable,effective collection and methods of scientific training.(6) The daily training of students is affected by the limitations of conditions andequipment. Some schools even have prejudice on athletic students which result thatthey are less and less confident, and their training is not positive, and the trainingeffect is very poor.For the above, I propose the following advices to these examinees who will jointhe high-level basketball test in Shandong province:(1) Accelerate the construction of coaches team, Improve the age structure,andimprove the quality of special skills of coaches.(2) We should strengthen the mental quality training of examinees to enable them toimprove themselves from the daily training, and ensure them can play out their truelevel stably on the spot.(3) Coaches should often communicate with their parents of the examinees so thatthey can realize the importance of high-level exam and give the utmost support onboth material and spiritual aspects.(4) Coaches should often communicate with candidates in time and control students’psychological changes, making them attach importance to the high-level exam anddaily training and finally they are interested in playing basketball and love it verymuch.(5) Introduce high performance athletes will make the coaches on duty can learn fromthem on the grasping of important and difficult points, skills and methods, so thattheir train are more reasonable, efficient and targeted.(6) Under the existing conditions in the schools, making full use of the limitedfacilities and equipments to train the students. Eliminate the prejudice to sportsstudents in schools in maximum range and minimize its psychological impact onstudents.
